WCF wshttpbinding (SOAP 1.2) не работает с инструментом SoapUI

У меня есть простое приложение-служба WCF (.NET 3.5), в котором код по умолчанию создается VS 2008, когда я открываю новый проект.

У меня wshttpbinding со следующей конфигурацией в файле web.config.

Я запустил это приложение WCF и могу использовать VS 2008 WCFTESTCLIENT для отправки и получения сообщений. Я не могу сделать то же самое с инструментом SoapUI. Когда я перехожу на basichttpBinding, он работает как версия SOAP 1.1. Но wsHttpBinding (SOAP 1.2), похоже, не работает.

потому что wsHttpBinding по умолчанию имеет встроенную безопасность. Попробуйте это для отключения безопасности в WCF:
