многопроцессорность python scipy.stats.lognorm.fit

Я хочу совместить множество дистрибутивов с scipy и хотел бы использовать для этого какую-то многопроцессорность. Что-то вроде этого:

Метод 0, конечно, не многопроцессорный, но работает. Оба метода возвращаются с длинными трассировками. У кого-нибудь есть обходной путь для этого?

Я так не думаю, по крайней мере, не для метода №2. Весь смысл потратить хотя бы час на попытку установки pathos.multiprocessing заключался в том, что он не использует pickle для сериализации и, предположительно, не имеет подобных проблем.   -  person fbence    schedule 17.01.2015

Метод 1 не работает, потому что вы не можете обработать связанные методы экземпляра с pickle. Метод 2 не работает, потому что scipy.stats делает что-то «хитрое»… то, что dill и pathos автор (я) не совсем понимают, что это такое, без предварительного исследования.

Вы можете видеть, что проблема не в том, что scipy.stats использует связанный метод (не проблема для dill или pathos), а в том, что он выполняет некоторую магию переименования ... вот почему вы, когда смотрите в трассировке вашего pathos вызова, вы видите _locate_function сбой (он терпит неудачу и находит None)… и именно поэтому метод 2 не работает.

Решение простое. Позвольте найти метод проще, создав функцию, которая знает, где он находится.
