Проблема в том, что SupplementaryView имеет textLabel, но текст отображается в неправильном месте, в то время как верхний и нижний колонтитулы и textLabel отображаются правильно.
Как вы можете видеть на картинке, только заголовок первого раздела имеет заголовок, остальной текст верхнего или нижнего колонтитула не виден (они есть на экране, но вам нужно прокрутить вниз, чтобы увидеть его).
