В моем случае перезапуск XCode решил проблему. Не уверен, что это связано, я использую rvm и выполняю rvm use system перед перезапуском XCode.   -  person Satoshi    schedule 20.04.2018

Была точно такая же проблема. Комментарий Сатоши сработал для меня.

  • Выйти из Xcode
  • Откройте терминал и запустите rvm use system
  • Снова откройте Xcode и выполните сборку
