Сервер ejabberd не запускается, потому что модуль ``mod_shared_roster`` не запускается

Я пытаюсь запустить сервер ejabberd, но когда я запускаю команду ejabberdctl live или ejabberdctl foreground, я получаю сообщение об ошибке.

Ошибка гласит, что модуль mod_shared_roster не может запуститься, но причина ошибки undef, что мало помогает.

Я новичок в ejabberd, я пытался изменить hosts значение ejabberd.yml (в файле ejabberd.yml я изменил hosts - 'localhost' на hosts -'127.0.0.1'), но безуспешно.
